Default Sparc 20 won't boot after Net BSD 4.1 install

Hey Guys,

Forgive me if I am posting in the wrong place. Here is my problem. I just installed NetBSD 4.1 from CD on My SPARC 20 (Specs:

SMCC SPARCstation 10/20 UP/MP POST version VRV3.45 (09/11/95)

CPU_#0 TI, STP1021PGA(1.x) 1Mb External cache
CPU_#2 TI, STP1021PGA(1.x) 1Mb External cache

SPARCstation 20 MP (2 X SuperSPARC-II), No Keyboard
ROM Rev. 2.25, 160 MB memory installed, Serial #.
Ethernet address 8:0:20:7c:86:d2, Host ID: 727c86d2)

What happens is I get this message:

Boot device: /iommu/sbus/espdma@f,400000/esp@f,800000/sd@3,0:b File and args:
The file just loaded does not appear to be executable.
Type help for more information
<#0> ok

Any clues guys on how I go about fixing this?

Thanks again
