Default Some MP-safe network drivers will be in 5.7

At the s2k15 Hackathon, developer Martin Pieuchot was able to make several drivers MP safe. His report links to commits for fxp(4), axe(4), and all 802.11 wireless drivers.

As I write this, 5.7 has not yet been tagged, so these (and other Hackathon developments) will be included with this next release.
