Are the old forums gone?
For nothing other than my own curiosity, I tried to connect to the old forums, and they just return a page load error.
Not that I have any difficulties finding offers for discount viagra, pirated software, counterfeit watches and handbags, or any of that. I was just wondering if they were still around or if the admins there gave up entirely. |

Yes; they're long gone.. have been for awhile now.

That was what I figured. While I don't miss the spam, I know there was some good information buried in the pre-spam posts on that forum. Hopefully the people who provided that information have come over here.

Are you guys talking about http://www.bsdforums.org/forums/ ?
Because I was there too (but have been busy and didn't log in for some time) and a few weeks ago I tried it and saw it was gone. After a google search I came here seeing most of the people were here (J65nko, Carpetsmoker, vermaden, phoenix, BSDfan666, etc). I actually though the forums only changed names.

If you know the topic, you can still get the cached copy from Google by searching for the topic and clicking on 'cached".
