Default Gnome - Clear Font in all applications

Hi,

today I installed gnome on my desktop. What I recogniced very fast is, that it's very hard to look longer times at the screen and try to read texts.
Why? The font looks very unsharp and definetly not clear. Rendering is switched on. I tried to select subpixeling for tfts and the other options within gnome I got, but this does not solve my problem.

I want clear fonts as I know them out of windows and other Linux derivates.

How can I solve my problem?
