Default Difference between"arp info overwritten" and " duplicate IP address "

Hello dear friends.
Please, explain difference between "arp info overwritten" and " duplicate IP address ".
In which case appear the message "arp info overwritten" and " duplicate IP address " ?

The ARP protocol is used to map Ethernet addresses (MAC addresses) to IP addresses.

duplicate IP address -> two Ethernet devices have claimed ownership of the same IP address.

arp info overwritten -> an IP address has changed Ethernet addresses.

Edited to add: OpenBSD 5.2 ceased being supported on November 1, 2013.
