Default OpenBSD Virtual Porting Workshop 2: Electric Boogaloo

Two years later, it's finally happening. Following a very successful in-person porting workshop at vBSDcon 2019, it's time to run another virtual porting workshop.

Aiming for Sunday, August 9, at around noon EDT. I know the time doesn't work for everyone but like last time the video will be uploaded to YouTube.

Topics to cover:
* New things in ports land since the first video
* Your first Python port
* Other stuff maybe if time allows?

I expect this to run about 2 hours like last time.
