Default page fault error 12

I seem to be getting this right after a page fault/kernel crash on the linux partition.
Savecore isn't dumped to /dev/ad4s3b but it is still used as the swap device.
What do I do to tune the discs? I've run fsck quite a bit recently.

Normally you would follow http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO...#TRAP-12-PANIC

If you don't mount the linux partition, do you still get this error?

OpenBSD has a fsck_ext2fs, but IIRC FreeBSD hasn't.
Maybe you could try a Linux live cd and run a Linux fsck on that Linux partition.

e2fsprogs is available in /usr/ports/sysutils/ and includes fsck.ext2, fsck.ext3, and fsck.ext4.
