Booting Failed (OpenBSD 4.3, 4.4)
Good day, dear members forum.
From the old disk Samsung had no problems. OpenBSD install and run without problems. I bought a new hard drive WD7500AAKS. I installed OpenBSD on wd2 (hd2, 1). Not loaded. Gives the following error: Code:
probing: pc0 apm mem[638K 1022M a20=on] disk: fd0 hd0+* hd1+* hd2* >> OpenBSD/I386 BOOT 3.02 open(hd2a:/etc/boot.conf): Invalid arguement boot> booting hd2a:/bsd: open hd2a:/bsd: Invalid arguement failed(22). will try /bsd boot> booting hd2a:/bsd: open hd2a:/bsd: Invalid arguement failed(22). will try /bsd Turning timeout off. On the drive, all in order. Record and read data from the NTFS partition. I easily installed Windows on WD7500AAKS. What can I do? Last edited by quanter; 23rd November 2008 at 08:34 PM.
