This is what I ask people when I meet them.
"What are your creative abilities and technical talents?"
"What is your favorite social science?" "What is your favorite science?" "What is your favorite math?" "How good are you with computers?" I then explain to them that, "You are given these talents and abilities to provide for yourself and others and to give back to the planet." After this, I make suggestions for programs on Open Source systems. They are informed about the CPU, OS, and other parts. I show them the mailing lists and forums. I also tell some not to over react as I have. |
