There is a work-in-progress port of OpenMP in the openbsd-wip repository. I don't have a clue as to its state of usability. Daemonforums member ibara was working on it in 2018/2019.

I never said that the port existed.
I just indicated the Openports website for you to check! if the expected result is not returned, it means that the corresponding port does not exist!

Libgomp is disable on the egcc package.
I have ported LLVM OpenMP as @jggimi pointed out. The problem of integrating it into the ports tree was not a technical one.
