Default Redirect kernel messages to another vt?

Is it possible to disable or redirect the noising outputs to another vt than vt1?
It's very strange ie. that charging messages are printed in vi sessiona or in sysinst during an install.

I think the right place for that would be the kernel. But i can't see a switch or arguments which i can bypass through boot.cfg.
