Default squid with squidclamav openbsd 5.2

im trying to install squid with squidclamav in my openbsd 5.2 dhcp server.
i followed some guides from w w w.kernel-panic.it/openbsd/proxy/proxy6.html it wont work, getting error in configre file, it returns ERROR: c-icap-config not found! i have c-icap installed. has anyone installed this on obensbd 5.2? and want to share a good guide.
