Default xorg.conf is not necessary ?

$ ls /etc/X11/
app-defaults/ fs/ twm/ xdm/ xinit/ xsm/

$ uname -a
OpenBSD myobsd.zsoft.com 5.1 GENERIC#160 i386

There is no xorg.conf, and my OpenBSD desktop still works very well. Then when do we need xorg.conf ?

Sincerely!
