Default port JDownloader to freebsd?

Hi,
There should be plenty bsd people using file sharing services like rapidshare or megaupload. There is a download manager called JDownloader written in Java. It looks good but I can't run it as it causes segmentation fault. It's open source, I wonder if anyone is interested in porting it to freebsd. thanks!!

I haven't tried to actually share anything with it, but JDownloader installed and launched here without any problems.

It works with both of these:

[ adamk@sorrow - ~ ]: java -version
java version "1.6.0_03-p4"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_03-p4-root_24_jul_2008_07_14-b00)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.6.0_03-p4-root_24_jul_2008_07_14-b00, mixed mode)

And:

[ adamk@sorrow - ~/J/bin ]: java -version
java version "1.6.0_07"
Diablo Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_07-b02)
Diablo Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 10.0-b23, mixed mode, sharing)

Java programs are platform independent, no? Then there would be a problem with the actual Java.
