Default sources in distfiles sub tdirectories

because of some multi downloading, I had copied all of my source files to "distfiles" directory, without pay attention to the fact that some of them are belong to some sub directories such as /usr/ports/distfiles/gnome2, /usr/ports/distfiles/ruby, and so on.

Does it make me a trouble for Make process, and I should rearrange all of these (more that 700 source files!) or not?
