Default setting password on edited PDF

Libreoffice can make pdfs. It can export other format to pdf.

But it can't put a password on a pdf. Does anybody know what can? man zathura and man xpdf came up dry.

Yes, LO can set up password. Check "Security" tab when exporting to PDF.
