Default Mobile Broadband

Has anyone had any luck with mobile broadband on OpenBSD?

Specifically using either the "3 USB E156G", "3 USB E160G" or the "ZTE MF627 USB" and on 3 in the United Kingdom.

I'm looking to host a web server serving plain-text files. When using a mobile broadband package, are you assigned an internet facing IP address?
