pkg_add problems with connecting
THis is part of my laptop install problem and this belongs here.
I have dhclient up now and have exported the PKG_PATH variables. ftp> nlist kde.tgz /var/tmp/pkg.00412b SIGPIPE! pkg_add: short write: Broken pipe cd sigpipe again p_a chdir failed on and on until pkg_add: no pkg found for 'kde' , sorry. Exporting 5.0. 5.0_2008Q4 5.0_2009Q1 all produce the same output. It crashed after an attempted install of xfce4 from Q1. I have everything in in /usr/pkg/bin Why? Do I need to mv or cp for theer to be a link in /usr/localORbin? Oh, and what is the NetBSD substitute directory for local? |

I reinstalled NetBSD with the connection,
imported and extracted the sets, exported the PKG_PATH variables, and have started installing different sets. If I have anymore problems, they'll be posted here. In relation to pkgsrc. Thanks for the help. |
