Something new...

If I run Miro as root, it works.

Is it possible that is something wrong (still) with permissions. I had a problem with "lockdown" script and I hope that is after deinstall lockdown and reconfigure conf which it chaged everything the same but it looks that is not.

Thanks...

I've had this problem on each Linux distro I've used. I don't remember it happening on BSD, but I think it might be a persmission issue.

I never had a problem. It started after installation of lockdown.
