Default Zero-reply threads

If/when someone has an opportunity, would it be possible to implement a "search for posts with zero replies" in the Quick Links or somewhere easily accessible? I know this is available by doing an advanced search, but it takes longer.

IMO, this feature helps get more threads answered in the long run.

It would be funny if no one replied to this one , but there I've gone and spoiled it all with this reply.

Well, I can't say I see a value to it but useful feature I suppose.

I typically read all threads or new posts -> what ever appeals to me.

When no one answers it usually means no one knows, no one who does saw it, no one had the time to stop when they did see it, and occasionally needs a > to asking questions the smart way.

Everyone's browsing habits are different, but I'll give you a scenario (i.e. the way I look around the forums): If someone has a particularly unusual / tricky question, and I think I have some ideas about how to approach it, I will usually hold off for awhile. Better to wait for someone who knows what s/he is talking about rather than muddying up the thread with speculation.

But in some cases no one does reply, so it's nice to have a quick way to locate the thread again so that I can start hitting him with half-cocked ideas.

If no one cares, then that'll be that. I thought more people appreciated that feature.

It's not a bad idea, LinuxQuestions has something like this ... I'll look at it.
