Default BSD and the Ivy Bridge chipsets: H77; Z77; Q77

Does anyone have experience with a BSD and the chipsets for Intel Ivy Bridge: H77, Z77 and Q77?

I am about to build a new server and one of my alternatives is using the Q77 chipset. However, I cannot find any information about if OpenBSD (my first choice) or FreeBSD (my second choice) supports it. Other BSDs can be of interest, but GNU/Linux is not really my cup of tea.

When it comes to hardware compatibility questions, the best source of information is to mine the project mailing lists. With regard to OpenBSD, you may find nuggets in the following query useful:

You also could search the OpenBSD dmesg collection at New York City *BSD User Group
