Default current state of virtualization?

At my shop we use VirtualBox very heavily, since our client requires an XP image and IE 6 (shudder). Our actual machines can be anything (mine is usually FreeBSD or Ubuntu).

I'm resurrecting this thread because Virtualbox 4.0 is out now... and I'm still hoping to get OpenBSD on my machine instead of FreeBSD (which hates my videocard) or Ubuntu.
Anyone know if the situation has improved any?
