Memtest86+ ? Someone appears to have made a FreeBSD version available: http://seitics.de/pub/memtest/
Compiles fine on 32-bit FreeBSD 7 using gmake. YMMV.

The best way to test memory is from a boot disc.

http://www.ultimatebootcd.com contains several different memory testing tools, including memtest86+ mentioned by DutchDaemon (Which is also what I would recommend).
I would recommend using the 5beta instead of the stable 4.10, I use 5beta often and it works quite well (Often better than 4.10).
