Default OpenSMTPd

Does anyone know of a decent FAQ style walk through for setting up a basic mail server with OpenSMTPD? The project's website used to have one, but this has since been removed. And the recent big config changes mean pretty much everything out there I've found has already been out of date.

There's a comprehensive list of config file syntax changes with examples in the 6.4 upgrade guide. (scroll down a little)

These are the key points covered:
Quote:
smtpd.conf(5) grammar has changed in smtpd(8).
smtpd.conf(5): LMTP action introduced.
smtpd.conf(5): set and limit removed as main keywords.
smtpd.conf(5): relay host syntax changed.
Other than that I know of no recent howtos/walkthroughs.

(replying to myself so that the new post indicator gets updated)

Just came across a fairly recent (couple of days ago in fact) real world example covering the new 6.4.0 release:

I will need to set up a complete email system on my OpenBSD-6.4 server pretty soon. A nice how-to here to reference and follow would be fantastic!

Worth it for the cat picture. A friend of mine said, oh just read the man pages. Though he didn't say which ones. I'm assuming smtpd.conf but will have to look for others.

There doesn't seem to be a nice clear how to, at least at my level.
