Will An Asus PCE-AC68 PCI Card Work With OpenBSD

At one time I saw a compatibility list for supported on openbsd but I cannot seem to find it.

Can someone please tell me if a Asus PCE-AC68 Dual Band PCIE wireless card will work with the latest version?

Don't buy Broadcom. They all but guarantee their products don't run on open source operating systems.

Broadcom publishes some NIC drivers as BLObs [1], for inclusion with or integration with the Linux kernel.

When it comes to wireless networking, issuing the following command:

$ man -k wireless

...will list all supported drivers. Searching the individual pages will provide specific cards & manufacturers known to be supported. Is this list complete? For products which have been on the market for awhile, it's a pretty good list.

If you have some chipset not found in this list, mine the misc@ mailing list archives. If you do not find anything mentioned, politely ask.

Compatibility lists are difficult to impossible to maintain, & the manpages are the best source of information.

I was very surprise to find the list of notable Broadcom employees I would think that we so much talent they don't need BS to compete with Intel. Note that word talent doesn't refer to Raspberry Pi creator.
