Tried to create new partition using sysinstall but change is not permanent
Hi everyone
I have a 500 Gb HDD that has 40 Gb dedicated to FreeBSD. This means that I have the rest 460 Gb that I am going to use for Data storage. I read the menu and tried to use sysinstall to create a new partition and followed all the procedures. However, when I exit sysinstall to go to the disk labellor, my newly created partition is gone! This frustrates me greatly. How can I go about creating a new partition then? |
