Great! So is the intended goal to make researching vulnerabilities illegal so that spy agencies and affiliated organizations are the only entities that know about them and can exploit them to their own ends, whenever they feel like it, against any local or foreign target? Or is it sheer ignorance and stupidity coming from law makers and law enforcement?
Either way, I wouldn't be surprised.
