OpenBSD 2.7 was released in June 2000. OpenBSD versions are supported for one year. The possibility of anyone remembering anything about 2.7 is miniscule to non-existent, & there is certainly no longer any official support. There has been no support for version 2.7 for nearly eleven years.

http://www.openbsd.org/support.html Your best bet is to try to convince management that they need to upgrade to a recent version. Sticking with such an old unsupported version as you are doing now means that you are now responsible for all support. Otherwise, do the cost analysis to determine if the work is important enough to warrant the costs of a consultant. Last edited by ocicat; 22nd March 2012 at 02:55 AM. |
