Cool vpn ipsec bitween work and home

hello,

At work we have a fixed ip address (internet)
and a firewall on OpenBSD 4.3 (using pf!)
At home i ve a internet connection with dynamic ip address (internet)

@tWork(servers openbsd/Windows 2003)-----Internet---------@home(XP)

I want to connect from my home to "@t Work", how can i configure my openbsd firewall ? how set up vpn ?
