Default Package to access FAT32 UTF-16LE

There is a package ntfs-3g which can access ntfs partitions and work properly with Windows UTF-16LE file names. It does not work with FAT32 partitions.
I'm looking for similar package to access USB Key with FAT32 and file names in UTF-16LE. Default mount is unable to read file names in UTF-16LE.
Thanks!
