Default GUI for MYSQL55

I search GUI tools for Mysql55 on freebsd 9.1p3, because mysql_workbench52 is not supported.
===>  mysql-workbench-oss52-5.2.1_8 cannot install: does not work with MySQL version 55 (MySQL 41 55 not supported).
where are a software GUI tools for Mysql 55 ?

IMHO phpmyadmin has one of the most confusing interfaces ever. I prefer to use Adminer, which offers similar (web-based) functionality with a sane UI.

For desktop apps, I like HeidiSQL. It's a Windows program, but works reasonably well with wine.
UNIX was not designed to stop you from doing stupid things, because that would also stop you from doing clever things.

You can also try Chive.

A while ago, Stuart Henderson, an OpenBSD developer, suggested this on the OBSD mailing list as a more secure alternative to phpMyAdmin.
You don't need to be a genius to debug a pf.conf firewall ruleset, you just need the guts to run tcpdump
