linux firefox or chrome on freebsd via linuxulator?
I have sometimes wondered if it would be possible to run one of the linux variants of firefox or chrome on FreeBSD, and why?
To access Netflix and anything else that might use proprietary DRM that we do not have. While I have lost interest in wanting netflix a long time ago and have since then switched to pirating everything, I still think this would be neat to see. But, I am guessing both browsers are much too new to do this without many, many buckets of sweat put into it. Do you think it can be done? |

You can just build Brave browser from source to watch EME and Widevine content on websites.

Would be surprised if that worked. I thought the drm was native to certain platforms?

Seems brave does not come close to compiling either freebsd or openbsd.
Would compiling firefox from source work? |
