Default "/libexec/ld-elf.so.1: /lib/libc.so.7: unsupported file layout"

Sorry for my bad english.
I cannot access or work on a FreeBSD 7.0

I was upgrading (throw ssh connection) a FreeBSD 7.0 Server but..

I got:
Code:
Build complete.
Don't forget to run 'make test'.

---> Backing up the old version
--->  Uninstalling the old version
/libexec/ld-elf.so.1: /lib/libc.so.7: unsupported file layout
--->  Deinstalling 'php5-sqlite-5.2.6_1'
/libexec/ld-elf.so.1: /lib/libc.so.7: unsupported file layout
/libexec/ld-elf.so.1: /lib/libc.so.7: unsupported file layout
and then:
Code:
FreeBSD# ls -al
/libexec/ld-elf.so.1: /lib/libc.so.7: unsupported file layout
trying accessing via ssh i have:
Code:
ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host
and via ftp:
Code:
/libexec/ld-elf.so.1: /lib/libc.so.7: unsupported file layout
the apache web server and postgresql are working regullary except when via php i try to work on filesystem.

After rebooting (my customer had to reboot it) everythings looks to be ok, but i would like to understand what happened.

Any suggestion?

thanks, and sorry again for my bad english

what did actually you do?
What were you upgrading? (Kernel/System/Application)
what commands did you use?
Do you have any log files. or anything....
