relayd which interface?
I read that relayd listens on the ingress, is it possible to instruct relayd to listen on a particular interface?

It depends on the type of service. Redirections can be restricted to an interface. See the listen directive in the REDIRECTIONS section of the relayd.conf(5) man page.

I'd be careful about unique provisioning requirements when you reach for a brand new tool. If you need something it doesn't do -- it may be the wrong tool for the job, or the wrong job for the tool.
I found Relayd and Httpd Mastery by Michael W. Lucas enlightening.
