How to run keepassx in memory?
I am using keepassx-2 to store passwords. I store the keepassx file on a drive that is not usually mounted. When I need to access my passwords, I mount the drive, then open keepassx and open the password file. Then I unmount the drive leaving keepassx running with all the passwords in it.
In the past this has worked, but sometimes it does not work for reasons I do not understand. At the moment it won't let me unmount the drive (it says Device busy), until I close keepassx down, which is not the behavior I want. So to my question, is there a setting that can control whether the drive is registered as being touched by the keepassx program? |
