Hi,
Here are the results:
fit-pc:
10000 -> 3.27s real 2.94s user 0.00s system
100000 -> 313.31s real 311.03s user 0.00s system
Pundit (p4, 2,5 GHz 512 RAM)
10000 -> 0.56s real 0.23s user 0.00s system
100000-> 23.20s real 22.79s user 0.00s system

I had to wrote the size in the stdin, but I did it fast as u can imagine.

Took me some time, but I finally found & bought a powerfriendly board I like:
http://www.supermicro.com/products/nfo/atom.cfm

Good brand, server-oriented, PCIe, two NICS.
Main downside is the maximum of 2GB memory and lack of ECC/buffering (If you're into that ...).

I got the 5015A-H yesterday, pretty sweet. FreeBSD works great with the NIC and Intel RAID -- Guess there's atleast one advantage of intel using old chipsets for the Atom
I payed 230 euro for it (Just for the barebone, also needs a HDD bracket, memory, and a hard disk).

The 1U case is so small it's been a source of some jokes at work btw...

Revzalot, I'm using this board as an OpenBSD firewall at home and I irc from it too. Going to be building some VPNs using x509 based auth but it should well handle it. I'm using a 2.5" HDD and it runs fine.

Code:
defiant $ openssl speed
