Default WLAN

I have A-Link WL54USB WLAN devise: http://www.a-link.com/WL54USB.html

"WL54USB is supported by FreeBSD 7.0 or later "

Code:
# uname -v
FreeBSD 7.1-RELEASE 

# cat /var/log/messages

So, how to make it work?
I have a static IP for wlan, and connection shold be always up.
