Default freenas, vpnc, active directory labyrinth

I have kind of a crazy setup.
At one location I have

Field Office: FreeNAS connected to a d-link router, which is behind an OpenBSD49 firewall/vpnc gateway, which is behind the ISP's provided dsl modem/router.

Home Office: A Windows 2008 Server with Active Directory which is behind a cisco UC520 running easyvpn.

Currently all of the computers behind the OpenBSD49 firewall/vpnc gateway have access to the Home Office server via the tun0 device on OpenBSD.
Does anybody know of any way that the Field Office FreeNAS could be made available to the network at the Home Office?
Is there some pf magic that could be conjured up to make this happen?
