Aging devs and admins usually means more experienced devs and admins - which is great, right?

Where can I suggest Mercurial? git has a bad design IMO.

The Odriod-c1 does have a binary for booting. I looks to me like it is for boot only (bios). it is 32.768 kb in size and at a glance doesn't look like it would ever run on the CPU. It looks like it would be an acceptable OpenBSD port, without providing 3d video or hardware codec acceleration. I'm fine without those things

Developer time is precious, so its hard to tell.

Steps in that direction have already been taken, as far back as in 2011:

Best regards and thank you for your care.
Don't worry, FreeBSD people having their own board, this forum seems to mostly be populated by OpenBSD guys, some of whom might *secretly* get envious if someone is praising NetBSD

I wish these three "probably won't make it into NetBSD 7" would make it.

I thought the "multiprocessor network stack" was already done?

This kind of task cannot be finished, it's work-in-progress.
For the same reason SMP isn't done in DragonflyBSD.

There was a nice SMP NET document by Matt Thomas, dated (not fully relevant any more) https://www.netbsd.org/~matt/smpnet.html

For DTrace mk.conf(1) says that there is MKDTRACE option, by default disabled but the tool is functional. Drop the following line in your /etc/mk.conf

Code:
MKDTRACE=yes
