Default File system not properly dismounted

I got 2 HD in my machine, 40 GB is mounted as / and 150GB is mounted as /data.

Every time I boot the system I see a warning message that /data was not properly dismounted.

Now I don't know whether this message was present when I first booted my system after installed FreeBSD or not. I first came across this message when I was checking boot messages after power failure.

Note: I've not installed 2HD separately, it was present at the time when FreeBSD was installed.
