Exclamation HLDS and second IP

I had 2 CS servers on one Ip and 2 different ports....
But i got second IP (added to my first interface)
i created ifconfig alias...but when i start hlds with "+ip <second ip>"
he says that port 27015 is blocked(with first IP)
i think that i must somehow redirect or reconfigure this second IP to HLDS work with it...
what i have to do?
help plz...

Maybe your first CS server is listening on all IP to port 27015. You may need to restart it and assign it a definite IP address. Check if this is the case with "sockstat -4l".
