Question identifying xterm compile options

What's the easiest way to figure out with which options xterm was compiled? I'm referring to the xterm(1) in base.

Thanks, but that's actually not what I meant. I was thinking of xterm 'options', e.g. the printing option is not enabled on OpenBSD, so the corresponding menu entries are greyed-out:
