Default OBSD on RPi3B(+).....

Does anyone know how well/if it is working yet, ie booting, wifi, etc.?

I haven't seen any updates in a while, but I know it's being worked on:

I have one. The RPiB3+ doesn't like all usb thumb drives, so you might have to try more than one. The internal Ethernet also doesn't work yet but an external axe(4) I have works fine.

It boots multiuser and does the normal stuff otherwise.

No video output though, so serial or SSH only.

It's not an RPi3B but I found this very cool:

Thanks, Ibara - so not suitable for me yet, unfortunately, hope it won't be too long,

I have 2x 3B & a 3B+ awaiting something better than Raspbian that isn't so heavy on resources.

I thought Theo pretty much said Never to the rpi because of the binary-blob firmwares involved. What's changed?

You're thinking of the original RPi. Things have changed with the later versions.
