At what file can i disable the vga?

It isn't clear to me if you can. Some experimentation may be in order.
You might try creating an xorg.conf snippet file (<filename>.conf) within /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/ which contains the VGA1 definition and recommends ignoring the device. Something like: Code:
Section "Monitor" Identifier "VGA1" Option "ignore" "true" EndSection I've disabled the auto-configuring of found hardware before, but that was with a trackpad mouse I never wanted to use. Here, I disabled the autoconfiguratio of the internal mouse (mouse0), and only used the self-defined mouse (mouse1). I don't know if you'd need to define HDMI1 in a section like this, but it would be far more complicated. Code:
Section "ServerFlags" Option "AutoAddDevices" "No" EndSection Section "InputDevice" Identifier "logitech" Driver "mouse" Option "Device" "/dev/wsmouse1" EndSection |

There was a thread mentioning Lumina DE screen resolution in the FreeBSD forums. The thread suggests the problem may be with Lumina rather than Xorg and suggests a simple way to test.
Run one of the default windowmangers (fvwm, twm) and check screen resolution in an xterm with $ xrandr .
