Thanks for sharing. It's an interesting critique, but I think his proposed solutions and optimism are overidealistic.
Mozilla Corp. is simply a Google LLC/Microsoft Corp./Opera Software ASA with another name and there's no hope *or point* to redeem it. Just another cog and nothing more. It's just how things are and will remain. It's not limited to tracking and monitoring. Deliberate profiling and shaping of content is the game here.
