Default Alternative to FoxPro?

I've been using MS FoxPro Unix under FBSD for some years, to create business systems for my small business (which is exactly what FoxPro is suited to).

However, as FoxPro needs iBCS2 to work, I am comtemplating a change. What, if any, alternatives spring to mind? I would put easy of use as my highest priority.

I had written an elaborate response to this topic, but hit a bad key combo and lost the post... regardless.

Sourceforge and freshmeat had a few results, most libraries and utilities to convert the formats to either SQLite/noSQL.

Apologies.
