displays an error PackingList.pm

Hello,

when trying to install wget it displays an error

pkg_add ftp://ftp.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/4....get-1.11.3.tgz
Unknown element: @bin bin/wget in SCALAR(0x7d34c990), at /usr/libdata/perl5/OpenBSD/PackingList.pm line 290, <$fh> line 16.
