Or they could pick another snake. How about A. granulatus aka Little Filesnake? Sounds vaguely computer related. Then to replace the Jython name, they could pick another from the Acrochordidae family, the Java Wart Snake.

I am not a lawyer but if they would have taken action 13 years ago against the python.co.uk name registration, they would not have had these troubles.
