[SOLVED] opera crash/crashes segfaults FIX maybe useful
As I use opera for this forum, I was taken aback by the sudden issue today of it crashing. Checking the /var/log/temp/crash (or wherever it was/was named) file did not offer a clue.
Chanced upon a thread, on the web, showing a windows opera crash fix.
Worked here.... seamlessly all of three - five seconds or so...
cd .opera mv widgets widgets.bak # start opera # starts fine as usual mv widgets.bak widgets
A port reinstall did not fix the issue. Nor rebuilding one or both of
freetype2 and libxml2...
