Default Can gmirror be configured during sysinstall?

We have an automated sysinstall process that is controlled through a DHCP boot server. We basically just have to plug a new box into our boot server, configure it to boot via the network, and the whole installation process is automated without any human intervention necessary, using the batch mode of sysinstall.

We have recently decided that we want to mirror the OS in our base image, but we're not sure if this can be done as part of the sysinstall process. Has anyone attempted to do this kind of thing, to configure a mirrored OS with geom/gmirror during the initial sysinstall, so that it doesn't have to be done as a post install operation?
